pathetic delivery experience
My order 30110 was placed on 21st May 2025. And until today (7-June) it’s not delivered. When i tried checking with clickoncare guy (who took my order) he wasn't taking ownership and just blaming the delivery partner for delay
. Today after 15 days he is gave me address of courier partner amd asked me to collect parcel. Even after paying 25K, this is level of service. They are very promising till the time you place the order. Once you pay, no one bothers. Very unprofessional

App and website are not responding for international orders
I was trying to book a product on your website. But it wouldn’t respond. It asked me to add number and email for OTP and it doesn’t work. I have an international number and it doesn’t give me the option to add my zip code in alphabets. It only shows numbers that are used in India. How do you expect me to use your service when they aren’t responding. I can’t even check if it can be delivered to my Canada address. You do say that you ship overseas but your user experience needs a lot of improvement for international customers. I had a bad experience, however you should improvise.

It is incredible to see the app evolve over the due course of time. I’m more of a patient & optimistic one and this app has left no stone unturned to keep my issues at bay. The best part is the human touch of their service which is precisely why I prefer them.. you can ring them up for any queries, concerns and order tracing issues. It’s honestly a better exp over talking to a chatbot with standard set of responses and getting into a loop where you ultimately give up!
