Fantastic app, makes contacting decision makers quick and easy, and I’m learning SO MUCH about clean green initiatives underway locally and internationally. The app hits the sweet spot of incentives & encouragement without tipping over into gamification or manipulation. It’s become part of my evening routine every day and definitely lifts my spirits and gives me hooe.

Superb way to take action
The prewritten constituent letters to one’s elected representatives, corporate targets, and the media are effortless to take. And the actions are constantly being refreshed for each week’s important climate news and opportunities.
Another great feature I enjoy is Campaigns, for example the 43 actions advocating for electric vehicles (EVs), especially during the emerging oil price crisis era! And the Mitigating Methane and Superpollutant Refrigerants campaigns are among the most savvy and accurate policy asks I’ve seen.

Hidden Fees
I have used this app for a while and absolutely loved it until today. Climate action becomes so easy with this app and I learn so much. However, I got my first pop-up that I only have 4 “free trees” remaining (to earn through actions). I understand you need to fundraise, but I’m only making a stipend big enough for basic expenses and can’t afford a subscription. It all adds up! You are creating another class barrier.

I really like the app, but sometimes it takes too long to load when opening the app
Good App
Like a lot of people I am frustrated with the lack of action with global warming. This app allows me to contact government officials with emails and phone calls to express my concerns. Does it help? Doubtful, but I feel good that I am able to at least express my concerns to the policy makers who who are failing us. I think the app could be better if it stopped constantly asking for donations but it is still a good app that addresses the most important issue of our time.

Lots of potential
Great idea! After working around a few quirks (e.g., it didn’t like how I wrote my address; maybe a character it didn’t approve of?), I was finally able to get past the unhelpful error message and get emails sent. Just a little more attention to such technical details and this will be a 5.0. Excellent start!

Easy to take climate action
This app makes it so easy to add your voice to the climate fight, connects you with your representatives (who spend >50% of their time in office campaigning for reelection and chasing constituent votes), provides educational content and good climate news to prevent doomism, and keeps your efforts sustainable! Daily Actions for a healthier planet
I am enjoying Climate Action Now. I have been working with other environmental groups, but i especially love the daily reminder to take 5 actions. They make it easy to take action while also educating me about the latest in climate news. I highly recommend this app!
Nowhere else can one person make such an impact with such ease!
I just finished taking 1000 actions in under 4 hours! And not some skim-the-surface actions either.
I’m talking fully formed actions that would have taken days had I had to craft each message from scratch.
Hunting down each contact’s correct email address, mailing address or phone number is extremely time consuming and labor intensive. Never mind being sure to who the proper contact for the action should be in the first place!
This app is a powerful tool for anyone looking to make a difference in the race to save our planet from climate destruction.
Individuals, advocates, and organizations small and large can benefit whether looking to take action, or create new. The app staff will help tailor your actions for best effect and maximum returns.

Not only does this app make it incredibly easy to take action, when I had a problem getting it to work ( due to my phone settings-NOT ANYTHING wrong with the app), the founder and CEO of Climate Action Now set a time to personally call me and walk me through the very easy fix. This APP is amazing. It makes it so easy to communicate with your representatives and local politicians, send emails to impact global and local policy, and keeps you informed on the results of your actions. Everyone should be using this APP!

I’ve had some problems with the app not letting me send emails through it. The developers were very helpful and responsive with solutions to the problem. It’s easy to use and helps me fam like I’m making a difference.
Posted all my actions without permission
Built like a game, where you earn “points” for taking its suggested actions. The app posts your [user]name in a feed, publishing each action you take. I didn’t like that there was no easy way to turn this off, so I deleted the app solely for that reason.
