Amazing service
I have used this app as part of my workplace benefit. I have used it for both myself and family members. For gp and mental health. Service has always been amazing the clinicians are professional and always help me move forward with my concerns. Great app and service
Can’t join call
App can join call, it takes you to settings even when all options are enabled for camera and photos, I don’t see a microphone permission on the list.
GP ended up calling but then said they can’t do anything as they have to see the patient in person for things to do with the skin even after seeing photos.

Log in broken
Can’t even get to log into the app. The user journey is broken.
App and website not synchronising
The interface is so bad and isn’t working properly. Could not log in on the app so I tried logging in on the web. The web will then ask you to verify using the code, codes won’t work. The app won’t even recognise your log in details. This is a rubbish app. No customer support for IT issues too.
App doesn’t work
Buttons at the bottom constantly redirects to family, can’t book for an appointment or do anything else on this app. Also can’t log in via desktop even with the OTP sent to my number and email. Extremely frustrating!
Can never get appointments at a decent hour
For some reason I can only ever get an appointment after midnight.
Tried now and could only get an appointment for 03:00 in the morning, ridiculous.

Incredibly quick appointments
I’ve used Clinic in a pocket several times now, and have always been able to book an appointment within 10 minutes- with my GP, I’d still be in a queue. Full 15 minutes with a GP of my choice and they even check that the chemist has the drugs prescribed- my antibiotics only cost £5 too, so cheaper than an NHS prescription. All that on a Saturday too! Great service and my go to option now. Can’t believe it’s free as well.

Fast access to services and easy to use app
App is really user friendly. It’s also so easy to get access to healthcare services quickly. Highly recommend.
Good but app needs connectivity and bug improvements
Concept is really good but execution of a GP consultation is a bit clunky. I was due a consultation so joined five minutes early by clicking on join at the top of the homepage but during my weight the joint consultation did not aluminate preventing me from joining on time instead I had to exit to the horn and come back in to join my consultation which was now at the centre of my dashboard with a join button however upon is clicking this I still struggled to get the Internet connectivity to work despite previously coming directly from my BT Sport app where I was streaming 4K football the video quality and audio was a bit jumpy and behind rivals like doctors anywhere which I have used previously with my PP healthcare if you can improve the app efficiency and allow me to review my previous consultations without a spinning wheel this could be really useful
