Clinic Management is the iPhone and iPad app for UK aesthetic clinic teams. Run the front-of-house and the treatment room from one place. Sign in to Clinic Membership for bookings, memberships, POS and payments, and to Documenti for clinical notes and photos. Flip between them in the app — no extra logins at the desk. CLINIC MEMBERSHIP • Staff calendar, patients and memberships • Point of sale, invoices and Stripe payments • Tap to Pay on iPhone for contactless cards and wallets • Optional Bluetooth card reader (Stripe WisePad) on iPhone and iPad • Wi‑Fi smart readers already set up in your clinic still work from POS DOCUMENTI • Clinical notes for the patient in front of you • Take treatment photos with the device camera • Photos upload into the patient record in your signed-in session TAP TO PAY ON IPHONE Accept contactless cards and Apple Pay on a compatible iPhone, with no extra reader at the desk. A clinic admin enables Tap to Pay, agrees to Apple’s Terms, and can see a short How to tap guide. On iPad, use a Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi reader instead. This is a staff app — not a patient booking app. You’ll need a Clinic Membership and/or Documenti staff account. New clinics can start a free trial from the app.
