We’re sorry some episodes are losing audio/video or refusing to download, especially when you’re on Wi-Fi; that’s understandably frustrating. The team is actively tackling these playback and download bugs, and a recent update includes several fixes. Could you check the App Store/Google Play for the latest version and see if that helps?
