Clinician Cowork turns an operative note into clean, defensible billing in seconds.
You already dictated the note. You shouldn't have to fight the coding too.
ONE CHAT FOR EVERYTHING
Paste, dictate, or drop in an op note, or just ask a coding question, all in the same chat. Get back CPT and ICD codes, each one shown with the language from your note that supports it, plus work RVUs, an NCCI bundling and add-on check, and a track-changes redline you can take straight back to the EHR.
CODE AND RVU LOOKUP
Type a CPT code or describe the procedure. See the descriptor, work RVUs, MUE limits, and what's bundled into it.
CASE LOG
Builds itself from your finalized notes. Import your existing case list from Excel or CSV, search it the way you'd say it out loud — "revision TKA last spring" — and export for ABOS case list requirements.
SCRIBE
Record between cases or in the car, right from the chat box. The note is written into the same workspace as everything else.
COMMUNITY
Share de-identified cases, coding pearls, and questions with NPI-verified clinicians. Comment, mark posts useful, and report anything that doesn't belong.
CODING KNOWLEDGE
NCCI edits plus coding rules confirmed by practices like yours, each with its own discussion thread.
WHY THE NUMBERS HOLD UP
RVUs and NCCI edits are not generated by a language model. They resolve deterministically from typed, point-in-time CMS tables — PFS RVU, NCCI PTP, MUE, and add-on files — loaded through a fail-closed pipeline. If a value isn't in the loaded data, the app tells you it's unresolved. It never invents a number.
Code descriptors and coding guidance are retrieved from source material and shown with their citations, so you can check the reasoning instead of trusting it.
BUILT AROUND THE SURGEON
Every code carries the note language behind it. Every flag says what it caught and why. Nothing is submitted, altered, or sent anywhere on your behalf. You review, you edit, you decide.
Clinician Cowork is documentation and coding support software. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and it is not a substitute for your clinical judgment or your own review of any code prior to submission.
