As an alpine ski instructor for 26 years, and a staff trainer for 15 years, this app is the best tool for a staff trainer to help prepare candidates for PSIA L1 & L2 certification. The app has everything that a trainer will need to track, coach, and prepare candidates for successful assessment as they progress through the certification process. Skiing, tasks, movement analysis, tech knowledge, and mock assessments are all covered in this app. It is easy to use and allows the trainer to interact with individual candidates to map their progress. I look forward to using it next season in the training process for PSIA candidate certification.
