About

Stay current in 5 minutes a week — without the noise. Clinidence reads the week's new medical literature for your specialty and turns it into a short stack of cards you can swipe through over coffee. Every card leads with the one thing that matters: what the study found, how big the effect is, and whether it should change your practice. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Verified to source. Each card's key quote is checked, word-for-word, against the original PubMed abstract — so you're never reading an AI's paraphrase. If it can't be verified, we don't show it. • Study type, up front. Every card is labeled by design — RCT, meta-analysis, systematic review, guideline, or observational — so you know how much weight to give it at a glance. • The number that matters. When the effect size and confidence interval are in the source, we surface them (e.g. HR 0.74, 95% CI 0.61–0.89) — pulled straight from the verified text, never invented. • A weekly briefing. Open the app to a one-line read on the week — "8 papers, 2 practice-changing" — then dive into the cards. • Honest about AI. Impact and evidence grades are clearly labeled as AI assessment, grounded in study design — not dressed up as peer review. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick your specialty (22 supported). 2. Each week, get a curated digest of the newest, highest-quality papers. 3. Swipe up to save, down to skip, tap for the full breakdown — PICO, limitations, and a one-tap link to PubMed. 4. Save cards to a personal library and share a clean, citable card with a colleague. BUILT FOR PRACTICING CLINICIANS No paywalls on the science. No engagement-bait. Just the evidence, structured the way you actually appraise it. Clinidence is an informational tool for licensed healthcare professionals. It summarizes published research and is not medical advice; always use your clinical judgment and consult primary sources.
