Crashes too often
The same day I bought into the app after buying the lifetime purchase it started to crash on me. It doesn’t copy or allow me to paste as intended. Even when I delete and reinstall, it still does the same thing. The app won’t even open up at this point.

Good Product, Great Customer Service
Versatile, easy-to-use clipboard manager that seamlessly syncs wirelessly over all three of my Apple devices.
On the Mac, I can summon a shortcut window that shows me multiple copied assets I have created. You can do this using a unique keyboard shortcut that you create for yourself. For example, I use Option + A because it's easy to remember. You just choose the copied selection you want and paste it as you normally would.
However, on the iPad and the iPhone, it's even easier than that. I can just hit the little globe icon at the bottom of the virtual keyboard and summon the same menu, which has already automatically synced to my iOS devices. In addition, there are a vast number of ways to customize hundreds of selections and utilize other features, including AI integration. I look forward to learning how to do more with this app, but for now, the basics work seamlessly and it does exactly what I need it to do.
I have to say, the most impressive thing about this app happened when I first downloaded it. I experienced a frustrating, unexpected technical hiccup, so I emailed the company. The CEO himself emailed me back within 2 minutes and swiftly resolved the problem, even providing a TestFlight beta link so I could get to work immediately while the official update cleared App Store approval. The latest public update has now completely eliminated the problem. This is an unusual level of customer service that is truly confidence-inspiring, especially as I eventually get into the deeper, more advanced features of what this app can do. Five stars—I highly recommend this product.

Necessary App For Power Users
This app is so important for people that send text messages and need common response information so they don't need to retype it. I find it highly, highly valuable. I wish I could give this app 20 stars. Must download.

I use this app daily. What a time saver.
Great Love it. Only issue is that universal sync between all devices does not work.
Great UI, I paid one time for lifetime use, love the app, it helps me a lot in recent times for same texts that I have to use with different customers and clients. I totally recommend it.
Problmes:
1. Universal sync between all devices does not work. It was advertised before I bought the lifetime access pass. It mentioned sync across all devices. That does not happen, I have to save my shortcuts separately on my Mac, iPhone and iPad. This is time consuming and frustrating.
2. Documents Support. It was advertised before I bought the pass that we can also save images and documents in the shortcuts. Images work, it’s great I love using it. But documents are not supported instead I have to paste a link and what happens is the link is sent to the customer not the pdf file which bugs me.

IoS 26?
Does this app function on ios 26? I want it to work...but it immediately closes when I click the icon. Can't find a "contact developer" email on the support page - or I would've used that.

Worked Until I Paid for Subscription
The app was working fine at first. Then I accepted a discount offer for the yearly subscription, and after that the app stopped working completely. Now it just crashes and will not even start. Very disappointing experience. Please refund my money.

I believe this is my first the writing an apple app review but man this app is amazing. Super simple, very efficient when used with emails which I do a ton of and honestly just saves me time. Highly recommend giving it a shot.
