This is not looking good. I went to see what was related to Meow Chat (since that got so screwed up) and this is nothing close or even worth downloading. Just a sad skeleton of Snapchat.

After finally realizing they were just continuing to dig a deeper grave for MeowChat, Minus decided to pull the plug and, well, this is the result. What's it like? Imagine you're using Snapchat... Except less. The only functional difference between the two is the fact that you ONLY communicate through videos, there are no photos involved, and nothing else. The app navigates exactly like Snapchat in every way besides the fact that the emojis it uses in the menu are lower quality. Sort of symbolic in a way. All this company has done is continue to try to copy apps to try and receive some of the success, from chat room apps, to live apps, etc. There's just no hope anymore.
