Incredible experience as an organiser and as an attendee
I have been using cliq to host our charity fundraising events for Empower LATAM UK, and we have had the best experience.
Super easy to use and manage the balances and metrics post event - also massive shout out to Lucy W for her support! Every time we had a question we got a super quick response from her. You are a legend.
I have also used cliq to attend some community events, super super user friendly but also very easy to find new communities!

Best social app!
I’ve been using this app for a year now and I’ve not been disappointed so far! It works seamlessly without glitches and I can easily navigate to my events and aligned clubs. So far it’s been working well and I’ve managed to go to quite a few events in London. Thank you and keep up the good work! 🙂

Good app but needs improvement
This is a great app for discovering new events and groups, however there are many problems with it.
Firstly, although there’s an option to save events, there’s nowhere to find these after they’ve been saved. Also, events are organised in no clear order at all (chronological or location based would be great - maybe an option to see events across a map would be good?).
The app also glitches a lot, freezes and also crashes - meaning you have to go back and scroll through loads of events again till you get to where you were. Another thing is if an event poster posts a series of events, they all show up in this list and you have to scroll for ages past them which is really frustrating. Can these please be grouped together?
Overall it’s a great premise and really useful, but it does require a lot more extra work from the user’s perspective than it should.

Great app to find events and make new friends
I like this app it is great to find social events free or ticketed and meet new people. I’ve been to a few events through finding them on here. The only thing I would say is the UX (user experience) design needs working on. I am unable to view events in a chronological order and I am usually sat there for ages scrolling to find events that are coming up soon. It would be good if you could view events like a calendar so you could easily see what’s happening when!

Account blocked for no reason
I am Asian, but my profile photo was judged as inappropriate and my account was blocked. This makes me question whether your moderation system contains racial bias.
Because my account was blocked, I could not access my ticket and felt excluded from the very community that was supposed to be inclusive. The experience made very frustrated.
After I left my initial review, I received an email from your team. However, it seemed that the real issue was not understood. Instead of acknowledging the possibility that your AI or moderation system may incorrectly flag people from underrepresented racial backgrounds, the response focused on how my low rating had hurt your feelings.
The problem is not that I left a negative review. The problem is that your system may be biased, causing innocent users to be unfairly excluded from a queer community space. The fact that this possibility does not appear to have been seriously considered is deeply concerning.
I believe this app has a serious issue that needs to be investigated and addressed.

Hi Miu, thank you for sharing this and we want to be clear that CLIQ does not tolerate any form of racial bias and we take this concern seriously. To clarify what happened, when you first uploaded your profile image it was a completely blank screen with no photo, which is why your account was flagged. Once you updated your profile to a photo of yourself, your account was unblocked. This was entirely down to the image not meeting our guidelines and had absolutely nothing to do with your ethnicity or background. Regarding the event, as we explained via email, the event was cancelled in full which is why you were removed and refunded. You were not individually targeted or removed. We are sorry your experience left you feeling excluded and we understand how frustrating this must have been. Best way to find local events and friends
If you are into wellness, fitness, or just trying new things, this app is a must have. I love how easy it is to look at different communities, from tennis to yoga groups. There is always something happening, and everyone I’ve met has been super welcoming. Highly recommend!

An app that builds community!
I’m so happy I found this app where I can find different communities that were happening right in front of me. I’ve also been thinking about starting a community and this is a great tool now for me to do that.

i love the app but recently it stopped working. Can’t find the support email nor a number.
Besties cheese and wine
I have booked this event but could not recall the email I had used to recover the tickets. Within 20 minutes of emailing CLIQ they had responded with my details and I was able to see my tickets in the app. Great customer service
Great app for community engagement
I’ve been using Click for a while and it’s honestly helped me meet great people in London. It’s nice to find small communities around things I actually enjoy, especially after moving here alone.
