Waste of time and money
Every month there’s a new issue. It boots you out. Requires you to have your card info to sign in. Now it won’t even let me in saying fail to send email. So my money is just stuck in there till I can figure it out.
Greedy and shady
There are fees for almost everything you do and they limit how much money you can transfer a day/week. Also was never notified of this change until today when trying to transfer money for bills.
Problem with Cliq
When trying to register an account and it asks you to verify with your email after you type in the numbers, it just sits there. You can’t do nothing.
DO NOT USE
This is by far the worst bank I have ever experienced. First of all the app is absolutely awful, poorly designed and does not work half of the time. The bank itself is terrible. My money has been held for almost 2 months and I am still struggling to get it all out. For dealing with something so important to people and where the customer would value security the most, Cliq do not provide this. Do not use… EVER! Would give 0 stars if I could.
