About
Clistron Cam brings long-exposure photography to your phone — the kind of shot that normally needs a DSLR, a tripod, and a bulb-mode cable release.
Point your camera, choose how long the "shutter" stays open — from 0.5 to 60 seconds — and Clistron Cam captures a burst of frames and blends them in real time into one clean, noise-free photo. No stacking apps, no desktop software, no waiting.
FEATURES
• Exposure Time — choose 0.5 to 60 seconds, just like a DSLR's bulb mode
• Five composition modes:
– Low Light: boosts overall brightness on top of the noise-reduced blend, pulling out detail in scenes too dark for a normal exposure
– Blur: averages every frame with no highlight protection, so anything that moved smears into a soft, silky blur while the rest stays sharp
– Trail: keeps the brightest value at each point through the whole exposure, so moving lights (traffic, stars, sparklers) leave one continuous, fully-lit trail
– Ghost: samples only a handful of frames across the exposure, so a moving subject leaves several distinct repeats instead of one continuous trail — a stroboscopic look
– Glow: brightens highlights and spreads a soft halo around them, giving point lights (string lights, candles, neon) a warm glow instead of a hard edge
• ISO and Sensitivity controls to fine-tune how the algorithm reads your scene
• Front and back camera, with quick access to every lens your device has (0.5x, 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x, depending on model)
• Flash toggle
• Choose your output resolution — HD, Full HD, 4K or your device's maximum
• Live preview while capturing — watch the exposure build up in real time, not just a progress bar
• Built-in gallery for everything you've shot in the app
• Share through your phone's share sheet — Instagram, Facebook, Viber, Messenger, Messages, Mail and any other app that accepts images
HOW IT WORKS
Clistron Cam captures frames continuously while the shutter is "open" and merges each one into the result as it arrives, using a computational long-exposure algorithm that suppresses sensor noise and protects highlights from blowing out — the same idea behind a DSLR's bulb mode, done in software.
FREE TO USE
Clistron Cam is completely free — no ads, no in-app purchases, no account, and it does not collect any data about you.
Whether you're shooting star trails, silky waterfalls, city light trails at night, or just want a shot with a bit of atmosphere than your phone's default camera gives you, Clistron Cam gets you there in a couple of taps.
