This application is used to collect medical symptoms and hypertension log data for a COVID-19 related clinical studies in the United Kingdom and United States.
The application provides a way for study participants to record symptoms of their illness, and to log their blood pressure, along with the hypertension medication they take each day.
The app also provides a graph feature that shows symptoms and blood pressure readings over time, to allow study participants to monitor their illness and treatment progress.
