Very Helpful for OCLM Chairman

Really like using this app when I’m chairman to help keep things running smoothly. It’s a fun way to get my kids involved to help me out. Especially during the gems comments. I love all of the new features. Keep up the great work.

Works well but could use one feature

I like the timer and appreciate the boxing of each timer to make it easier to use. When using this timer the device is usually laying on a flat surface vs in my hand so the large fonts are best. However, the timer could use an option to keep the device from going into sleep mode so the timer is always present.

Hello Randall! Thanks for the feedback. I’ll take a look at preventing the device from auto-locking when timing is in progress. In the meantime, you might try going to your device settings and adjusting the “Auto-Lock” time to increase it so it won’t sleep so soon (Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock). I have my devices set to Never so I would not have caught this issue. So thanks for the heads-up!

Excellent tool and Simple

As chairman having the start,end time (actual time) and whole meeting falling behind or ahead of time would be so helpful…don’t know if this might be something that can be done. Great job with this app and many many thanks for it.

Good app

This is very useful. Good interface.
I’d like to offer a very simple upgrade option.
We need to send the final report to the auxiliary counselor and the CLM overseer. Can we have a page to enter the emails and send or simply add a SHARE button for us to export the report?
This is very needed.

What Happened to this App

I used to be able to take this time over into any app that I was using to time my part. Now it look like I’m unable to do that. So, what happened?

Handy & Useful App

Have been using this timer for a while and it’s accurate as well as being easy to use. Suggestion: add additional timer for the Apply Yourself to the Field Ministry section - see Workbook for week of June 10-16, 2019 - there are 4 parts for this portion of the meeting. (I hope adding it doesn’t goof up the symmetry of the screen because it’s great the way it is now.) I recommend this app for anyone searching for a good meeting timer. It’s even handy to use for your own talks.

Hi peach1525- That feature isn't in the app yet because I really wanted to get the multiple parts of the meeting up and running first. That was the first major feature change for 2.0, but I still have plans for more new features for the next version of CLM Timer, and I think you are going to really like it. More options?

Great for what it does. Beautiful clean, easy interface. Helpful for the chairman, in particular. But would be awesome if it had the rest of the midweek parts on it, so it could be used by the auxiliary counsellor. Who else is timing parts? ;)

Good App, But It Needs To Be Updated!

Thank you very much for creating CLM Timer. I find this App very helpful when timing different students during the Theocratic Ministry School. However, it is based on the 2016/2017 Christian Life and Ministry schedule and it is in dire need of an Upgrade.
Times have changed, and this App needs to be improved to include the following parts with their respective Timers:
1. Bible Reading
2. Initial Call
3. Initial Call Video
4. First Return Visit
5. First Return Visit Video
6. Second Return Visit
7. Second Return Visit Video
8. Third Return Visit
9. Bible Study
10. Talk

Various CLM meetings have a combination of these parts and therefore it is important to include them in CLM Timer so that a timer is used for the right meeting part.
Please include these and I’ll automatically give you 5 Stars.
Otherwise, the App is quite good and very useful

Hi JW John- Hopefully you have been able to download the 2.x version of the app, which I think addresses many of the concerns you outlined in your comments. It may not be 100% what you were expecting... but having used it myself at the meeting, I'm finding that it flows pretty well. Perfect and simple..but

Love this and is simple and easy to use... BUT... Any hopes to add a Bell (or different sounds) for an alert when time has expired?

Also would be more helpful if it was a count DOWN rather than count up And keep counting up... Green for within time... Red for over time (or whatever colors)

Hi 3POD- Very interesting suggestion on the timer functionality. I'll put these in my list of feature requests for future consideration. Regarding the audible signal to finish one's part, I understand completely why one would desire it. It is a feature that a few other users have requested, but from a user and audience experience perspective, it's not a straightforward problem to solve. Especially since the the Instructions direct that "assignments should be tactfully stopped when the time is up", and an app-generated sound would have to be extremely careful about how to make that qualify as tactful. I have it on my list of requested features, and I will probably add an FAQ inside the app for this particular question since it is probably the most frequently requested feature. Unfortunately it's not a simple problem to address in a tactful, dignified manner due the CLM Meeting. Thanks for the comments and suggestions! Much appreciated! -Evan

I have been looking for something like this. The app works but I would love it more if it had milliseconds. Also it would be convenient if there was an exit button or arrow or something so that you can see all the times but keep the current timer going. Very useful planning on using a lot.
