Absolutely not worth it
Has it come through on anything promised? it said it will remove my name from any brokers out there that are using it or selling it to remove my name from anywhere out there but yet if I google it every tiny piece of personal information about me is in the simplest Google search even every home and phone number I’ve had for the last 25 years.

Expired my account, increased monthly charge
I have been a loyal customer of Cloaked. Yet they randomly expired my account and increased my monthly rate by five dollars. Why not grandfather m-in your loyal customers? Isn’t that a more sustainable business model?

I love the protection I get from my phone calls being monitored! I need my emails monitored the same way!

I called Cloak customer support and spoke with Fredrick. He was great! He answered all my questions. He clearly explained everything I needed to do. He was very kind and considerate. He didn’t rush me. Those things don’t always happen with customer support in other companies. It was honestly a pleasure to speak with him. I left the conversation with all the answers I needed.

Not worth the price.
It really doesn’t do more than what I had my iPhone doing already. It provides a service, but not worth the high cost.
Terrible
If I could put a NEGATIVE 10 I would! I’ve paid for a subscription. But since I changed my number, I can’t login, to cancel the subscription! I’ll be expecting an email.
Not Worth the Money
I'm getting just as many calls as before if not more. After three months and still getting calls, I contacted customer service. They told me that it usually takes several months to see results. Over six months of use and still getting as many calls as before. I contacted customer service and they told me it may take up to seven months to see results. I cancelled. Seems like a grift.
UPDATE: It's only been a week since I've cancelled and apparently it appears as though Cloaked dumps you info back into the data mining stream. With Cloaked is averaging 5 - 6 calls a day now one week later I'm up to 15.

Say goodbye to Spam calls
This protection is worth every single moment of peace and quiet.
This App works, and works well in many dimensions. I am convinced that my data has been scrubbed as best as possible since I was getting independent company emails from various registries getting me to confirm that I wanted to be removed. Awesome!!!

DON'T DO IT
After downloading this app and setting up don't expect to get calls from friends and family! From the moment I downloaded numbers that are verified and stored in my phone were blocked and sent to voicemail, which is THEIR voicemail, after a few days I cancelled service and removed the app and changed setting back on my phone and MY PHONE IS STILL HIJACKED BY THIS APP. Phone calls not coming through are an annoyance but to think that a company keeps and uses your SS#, emails, and such AFTER you do all the recommended steps to remove is quite alarming! Wondering if this app is not so much for consumer protection as it is all capitalistic ventures. Why else would they want to keep your phone lockdown and your information? It's been three weeks and I have so I have no solution. I even factory reset my phone and my phone is so hijacked!

Impossible to cancel
NO HUMAN SUPPORT.
This may be one of the worst services I have ever paid for. Also, your subscriptions do not appear in your Apple subscriptions.
I followed all of their instructions, yet it did not stop any of the spam calls. Instead, because of call filters etc, I was missing legitimate, vital calls from doctors, businesses, etc.
I subsequently changed my phone number because it seems that spam calls went up. I finally have peace.
However, I am charged another full year which they will not give a refund for. I cannot access my account to cancel because my phone number changed. And to top it all off, you cannot speak to a human anywhere. Phone is AI, chats are AI, and their models are poor at answering questions.
Do not download this scam under any circumstance.

Never worked.
Great idea, poor execution
Set this up on my phone and was truly amazed at all the leaks it identified and was working in the background to fix. The issue I have is how poorly my phone operates with Cloaked installed. Work apps won’t run with the cloaked con. When I need to access the App Store it won’t open with the cloaked vpn. Receiving calls from family, friends and colleagues who have been marked to pass through doesn’t happen, in fact when you press to answer the call it ends the call and sends them to your voicemail. Would recommend seeking another solution

Cloaked Saved my Numbrt
I was getting 10 spam calls to 1 good one and trying to manage my business. Cloaked stoped the Spam
It’s good but not what I was expecting.
I thought it was going to filter the calls from the phone numbers that weren’t in my contact list but this app silenced my contacts and my favorite numbers. My husband works out of town and every time he calls it gets silenced and I miss his calls all the time. Now he has to text me every time so I can call him back. I have 3 kids that can’t get a hold of me.

Software problems
This app is great, but the only problem is it will mess up your phone and connection especially when you’re on VPN it will not let you get anything. It will make your phone basically turn into a brick sitting on a table

Text spams?
My spam phone calls are working great. But I’m still getting text spam’s several times a day. Why?
Can’t cancel service
You can’t cancel. They hide all info
No change
There has been no change to how much spam I get. If anything, it’s worse. My report says great things like, found and blocked 18 critical issues but has not stopped one call, text or email . Still get 20 plus calls a day and no change. Great they found out how bad it is but they too can’t stop them.

Rather useless
Only asks for my gmail for email guard. Can’t add other phone numbers. Getting more junk mail now. Need something that will get rid of junk mail. Also, my iPhone already has a call blocking feature so I don’t need this on top of that.
