Nice privacy focused app with room for more features!
This is a great little app that works across different Apple devices as a single purchase (such as MacOS & iOS) to help redact sensitive information from images etc such as faces and text. Excellent for the privacy conscious!
A possible improvement is the ability to save the original file with redactions (keeping the same dimensions and having the choice to save with/without metadata).

High hopes but app is unusable
It would be great if this could be updated to work. I try to select text to blur but the box drawing tool simply doesn’t respond when pulling on a corner or side handle without a 2-3 second delay. Then it stops responding to the pull at all and you have to start over.
Curious as the app doesn’t seem to be using significant CPU or memory, it just works that poorly.
On another note, I don’t understand why there is a separate work and preview space. Blurred parts should be shown where and when you are blurring them; there is no reason for two windows.
Finally, the app should open images on a canvas that matches the original image size. I don’t understand why it would need a canvas larger than the image you are trying to blur/redact.

So nicht zu gebrauchen!
Ich dachte, man könne mit Cloaked Bereiche verpixeln, die man selbst für sensibel hält. Leider meint das Programm, mir vorschreiben zu müssen, was sensibel ist. Es entscheidet nur zwischen Gesicht oder Text.
Es ist offenbar nicht vorgesehen, in einem Screenshot mit Hilfe einer Auswahl selbst einen Bereich zu definieren, der verpixelt werden soll.

I need the German language
Contrary to the description, the software is only in English not in German. The blemish should be fixed.
Funktioniert gut und beschleunigt das Unkenntlichmachen von Gesichtern und Text in Bildern
In Berichte füge ich zwischen 40 und 70 Bilder ein. Teilweise sind darauf Menschen, Fotos von Menschen an der Wand oder Autokennzeichen zu sehen. Diese habe ich bisher in Vorschau unkenntlich gemacht. Aus Interesse habe ich mir Cloaked gekauft.
In den vergangenen zwei Tagen war ich mit dem Entwickler (von der anderen Seite der Welt) öfter im Austausch.
Mit zwei Updates wurden fast alle "Wünsche" erfüllt und nun ist die App sehr gut nutzbar. Kleinere Features werden noch nachgeliefert.
Mir wird die App nun einies an Zeit sparen.
Als Sekundärbotschaft sieht der Leser an verpixelten Flächen, dass Persönlichkeitsbelange von fremden Menschen berücksichtigt wurde.
