Trip to Airport

Booked my trip to Heathrow in advance with clock cars. It gave me all the information I needed. The driver arrived on time and the car was nice and clean. 10/10 service highly recommend.

Worst thing ever

Had a driver booked for pick up from Stanstead airport. Confirmed with the driver that he would be there to pick my daughter and me up at around 1am. When the plane landed and I checked the ‘tracking’ of my driver, the driver cancelled the booking while I was on the plane. Tried to book a new job, and it’s been half an hour and still no update to when we will be picked up

Very bad customer service

The app charges u £32 then takes £38 off you
They now the app is misses up but they don’t care. Please people go somewhere else if you don’t want issues. I would give no stars if I could
