How can I customize the time announcements?

You have full control over the times you prefer the chime to sound. The app allows you to customize the hours you want to hear time notifications and the humorous touch in them. You can also choose from multiple alert sounds, including human voices and sound effects.

Is the Clock Chime app free to use?
