SHIFT COVERAGE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS • Coworkers can now accept shift requests. Tap "I'll take this shift" on an open request, or Accept and Decline when a request is sent directly to you. Your manager still gives the final approval. • Fixed: coverage requests posted to the whole team couldn't be picked up by anyone. They now can. MESSAGING AND TASKS • Reply to direct messages, and delete messages you've sent. • Assign tasks right from your phone — to one person or your whole team, with each person's completion tracked separately. • Employees are now grouped by work location when you assign a task, so the right people get the right work. • Fixed: messages sent to a specific location weren't notifying anyone. They now do. TIME AND ATTENDANCE • Timecard hours now match the times shown on screen exactly — no more one-minute differences when entering hours into payroll. • If you leave work after your shift ends without clocking out, the app now clocks you out and flags it for your manager instead of leaving the clock running. • Forgotten clock-outs are caught within minutes of your shift ending rather than many hours later. SCHEDULING • Managers now get a heads-up before scheduling someone who has approved time off or has marked that day unavailable — including when assigning a replacement for a missed shift. EVERYTHING ELSE • New in-app help guide — tap Help anytime for a walkthrough of the app. • See at a glance whether your notifications are switched on, and turn them back on in one tap if they aren't. • Managers, admins, and the person who made the request can now delete time-off and shift-swap requests. • Various stability, scrolling, and display fixes throughout the app.
