Hello Clone AI Support, I’ve lost most of my points attempting to create videos, but I haven’t received a single completed video or anything else for the points used. Please review my account, explain why the points were deducted, and restore them or provide the videos I paid for. I’m concerned this may be a scam, and I’d appreciate a prompt response.

Just now spend 15$ for nothing, firstly the video generated far away from my real face image it’s another person on video , secondly I can’t download anything because it’s saying error try again and again and again, 🤡
Poor Trial Experience
Paid £7.99 for a one-week trial but only managed to make one video before being asked to pay another £12 for credits. The result didn’t even look like me — the AI completely changed my face. Very disappointing and definitely not worth it.

It takes 12 hours for the photos to be ready and they charge for every effect.
Don’t waste your money
They said its tales 12 hrs to create the photo. Is been 48 and still nothing. I cancelled and tru again same issue. Cancelling subscription now but they still robbed the monthly fee
Not user friendly
Had the option to cancel the creation of video (12 hours to create) and apparently get your credits back. Cancelled creation and lost my credits. Thanks for nothing. Scam!!!!

This thing takes your money and wouldn’t create a thing. It’s been a day plus and mine is still saying creating almost done! I do not recommended! Fake fake fake! I will get my bank to dispute this charges smh

Abrí la aplicación y pagué la membresía por un video que salió en Instagram y cuando entré a la aplicación pues nunca me pidió mi cara ni mis datos para crear el contenido,comenzó a usar créditos sin preguntar que necesitaba crear,no permite enviar más de una foto a la ves para que la usara como referencias de lo que quería que incluyera en el video,tampoco aparecen las plantillas para ver que ofrece la aplicación.En fin,no paguen si antes ver los resultados.
