Just after the 7 free days trial I paid for a month and now my first voice text keep rolling without giving me a result .. I feel robbed off

My saved voices still sound different
All of my saved voices still sound different with the latest update. I’m aware that you have made a recent update to Clony a few days ago and I gave my saved voices a test. Unfortunately, they still sounded different to how they always sounded. I truly appreciate the effort into fixing the app, but my saved voices still sound different compared to how they sounded months ago. Still not happy with the end results. I’d greatly appreciate it if you could try to fix them again to where they sound normal again. Thanks again!

My saved voices sound different with new update
All of my saved voices sound different again! I don’t like how the new AI models affect my voices. While the new look for the app is nice, I don’t like how my saved voices sound now. I had this same problem with a previous update you made to the app a few months ago and you were able to correct it. Thank you again for that. Now I have the same problem yet again. Not happy with the results. If you can’t make the voices sound like they were again, I am finished with using the app. I understand you make updates to the app every now and again, but can you please try to not let it ever affect my saved cloned voices? Such a shame.

Hi, I am sorry to hear your characters sound differently. We made some minor adjustments so previously created voices shouldn't be affected by the AI model update any more.

you all recently updated the voice models to show more emotion and sound more life like. it was great! believe it was v88. now you’ve gone back on that, essentially downgrading the voice models again. why?!
Won’t work
I bought the subscription, they took my money, but the app doesn’t work. It keeps saying it’s not available right now. I wouldn’t buy it.

Development has improved lately, however. With the update 2 weeks ago, has made the entire interface go backwards. It’s lost all emotion input, voices have all changed. And sounds robotic, there was so many good improvements. And it’s back to basics again. Have emailed developer multiple times with zero response. Several people I know who have also contacted via app have heard nothing either. Apple won’t refund the £20 monthly subscription, so a waste of money at this point. It’s a shame as it started to improve in huge leaps. And lack of developer response isn’t helping.

Please for the love of god remove the text file
If 1000 characters is going to continue to be 20 dollars a month, then please for the love of god remove the text file that says “look what I did!” that uploads with every single audio file. It’s obnoxious, it’s useless, and it makes storing files in a specific order even harder than it already was. I was uploading a series of voice notes into a Dropbox folder and every upload included the audio file AND a text file that only gives a link to clony, not even a transcript of what the audio says. It allowed a weird work around to where I could name ever file the exact same thing making the already tedious process of renaming each file so they go in order even more tedious. Between the high price and now this useless feature, I’m heavily considering finding another app.

Latest update isn’t so great.
Just downloaded the most recent update to Clony AI. The improved AI models aren’t so great. Went to test out all of my saved voices and none of them sounded the same as the way they did before the update. They were completely different to me. Even the built in voices like Adam (Energetic, social media) sounded completely different. Wasn’t happy with the end results of how each voice sounded with the latest update. If there is nothing you can do about this or fix them back to the way they were for whatever reason, then I’m sorry to say this, but I am finished with using Clony AI. It was fun while it lasted.

At first when I first used this app it was working fine that was when I use it for only one week subscription but the moment i changed to one month i was unbableto use it and my payment wasn't refunded despite how much I tried and now again i have to try and same problem occur pls refund me or get it to work

OMG…the one time I didn’t read the reviews first. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. You cannot create your own voice. Cannot create projects. They only have one woman voice. Apple needs to pull this app and refund for fraud. Scroll to the bottom of the App page and click on the Report a problem button and report for fraud.
