What's New in CLOS

2.12.2

October 11, 2026

Faster, steadier shoots: • Large RAW originals now upload in resumable parts, so a dropped connection or an app restart no longer starts the upload over. • Joining a call no longer briefly drops Wi-Fi on some iPhones. ProRAW is switched on only when you choose it. • Re-entering a call as the photographer no longer freezes the screen. • Photos and albums load without stalling the app, even with large RAW files. • Many smaller stability and performance fixes.

Response from developer

FAQ

What is CLOS - Virtual Photoshoot?

CLOS is an app designed for virtual photoshoots, enabling photographers to remotely control a model's device camera to capture high-resolution photos and videos. It also includes an AI-powered assistant for self-portraits and a platform to discover and connect with other creative professionals.

How does the remote photoshoot feature work?

The app's Video Rooms allow photographers to take over the camera controls on the model's device. This enables them to direct the shoot and capture high-res photos and videos from any location, facilitating seamless remote collaboration.

What are the costs associated with using CLOS?

The app operates on a subscription model. Payments are charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The specific cost varies based on the chosen subscription plan.

What kind of content can I create with this app?

You can create high-resolution photos and videos remotely with professional-grade control. The app supports both JPG and RAW file formats, and offers advanced camera controls like manual exposure, focus, zoom, and shutter speed for versatile content creation.

Who would benefit most from using CLOS?

This app is ideal for photographers, models, production teams, and brands who need to conduct photoshoots remotely. It's also beneficial for individuals seeking to improve their self-portraits with AI assistance or looking to find new creative collaborators for projects.
