Takes far too long to download issues!

A good strong WiFi connection does help for a quicker download, because the issues do contain a lot of content. It also helps to download one issue at a time and to make sure there are not too many apps running in the background at the same time. I love Closer. Yes same old celebrity stuff but special because it’s raises animal abuse issues and has articles about pets and vegetarian meals and the environment. So it’s fun but also has a serious informative side . Well worth the money .
Scammed!
Having paid for a years subscription, the last two editions have been unreadable and won’t download. I have tried resets, logging in but apparently I don’t have an account?!! (I do and it was paid for through iTunes!) This is happening with other publications owned by this group and I am seriously fed up with NO ONE answering multiple requests for it to be fixed. Either GIVE A FULL REFUND OR FIX THE PROBLEMS!!

Terrible. Crashes within seconds
Am planning to cancel my subscription if a fix isn't made available soon. Taking money for an app you can't use is a scam.

Since updating this app I have not been able to read a copy of the magazine. It just keeps crashing and closing down the app. Please fix asap

Downloaded this just glad I am getting 60 days free and have now changed settings so after 60 days not charged gave e mailed and tweeted support team re issues and have been ignored on both. Plus the puzzles are not available online.. POOR SHOW CLOSER
Better than the last app but
Still really bad! I have to restart my iPad every time before loading this as otherwise it doesn't show the latest issues. Then I have to restore my subscription each time too. Wouldn't recommend really, if it wasn't for wanting my gossip fix! Deeply unuser friendly.

Love this magazine but crashes a lot and have to delete reinstall app regularly as issues won't download time wasting easier to buy from shop
Don't bother and buy paper copy instead
Not impressed as I purchased a three month subscription and have had nothing but problems each time I try to download an issue. Crashes and takes a few attempts to download each copy. Has now got worse as I can't restore my old purchases and it crashes every time I try. Can't find any details though anywhere of who to contact with this problem for a fix or refund. Waste of money!!!!!!

Loading issues
Bought a copy of Closer iPad edition only to find that it won't load after page 22. I tried to contact Closer's support team on the email they provided for help or a refund (As I can't actually read what I paid for!) only to be ignored. It's been over a week and I have still heard nothing back.

Don't get this it doesn't load
Annoyed to say the least that I purchased this and it doesn't load and just crashes. Despite having all the latest updates on my ipad. Wish I'd read the reviews first! What a load of crap. So where do I get my money back!!?
