Doesn’t work at all
I downloaded and input my Poshmark email and password and just got a blank white screen and nothing else from the app. Doesn’t look like it’s supported anymore. I uninstalled after a couple of tries and changed my password. It is scary what it might do after you give it your password but certainly doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.

I downloaded it and put in my info 5 times then deleted the app. Today I downloaded it again after changing my Poshmark password and it still isn’t working. It’s junk.

Quit Working
I used this App for awhile, and never had any problems. All of a sudden it just quit working. I can’t log-in anymore. I tried everything to remedy the issue to no avail. I cleared the cache, I turned off & on my iPhone, deleted & reinstalled the app, and used a link that was provided to change my password, but I still can’t get into my account. I missed a busy holiday weekend opportunity —and my issue is still not resolved. I contacted customer support, but had to email several times to even get a response. I followed all of the recommendations support provided (even though I had previously attempted the same trouble shooting), and still nothing. Customer Support is very slow to respond. I emailed again today and have not heard back. I am now paying for a subscription that doesn’t even work. This issue has caused a lot of inconvenience —and is still not resolved. I am very disappointed because now I have to spend more money, and more of my time researching other Apps. I do not know why it quit working, but support should have been able to fix the problem by now. I do not recommend this App.

App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. I select the items to be shared and nothing happens.
Stopped working suddenly
This app used to be great and helped me save time and get pushed to the top on Poshmark. But now, it has suddenly stopped working altogether. I can no long share anything. I’ve tried to contact them and all it is is a stupid auto chat bot that sends me in circles with no real person to talk to…

The app used to work but it doesn’t anymore. I’ve been back and forth with customer service without any resolution. Waste of money

Disappointed
Been using this bot for over a year. Loved it at first. All of the sudden it started logging me out randomly, not letting me log back in saying it’s the wrong password when it’s definitely not. Sad but will be switching to another app. Canceling my subscription
I used to really like this app
This is not at all user friendly. After using this fir years I’ve been locked out of the app for quite awhile now, rendering it useless but they keep charging me every month. There is no easy way to reach support to fix it so I fear I will be looking elsewhere. A pity because I used to be happy with it.

I had to cancel my subscription
After years of using this app , I’ve sadly decided to cancel my subscription and go elsewhere. Apparently this app doesn’t correspond with the actual poshmark app when it comes to signing in and solving the captcha(end up with a blank screen after putting in my poshmark usn and password). After an entire week of going back and forth with the closet pilot customer service , and sharing my closet manually due to the closet pilot glitch , the issue was never resolved , and I don’t have the kind of time to wait for a resolution … especially when I’m paying almost $9 monthly. So I opted for another sharing app for about $2 more which does a lot more than just the basic sharing.

Causes soft bans daily
I’ve been using daily to share but it causes a soft ban which is when you can’t share your items or other closets items for 1-3 hours which is a huge inconvenience and I’m worried with these daily bans that my account will be banned! Not worth it. And not worth it for just the sharing feature that you have to manually start. It’s very disappointing that there isn’t a feature to follow or share other closets. It’s just simply a share your own items bot… I thought I would be able to do more :(

Do not Buy! Terrible!
I paid for this app so I could unfollow accounts like it said it would. The app can only share your items to followers or parties. There are better apps for just sharing. When I contacted “help” a bot responded a few hours later to tell me to download a chrome extension. I downloaded it and can not log in to it no matter what email I use. I messaged help again and a bot replied again with no help. Also I asked where the unfollow option is on the app and it said it was “The option is located on the 1st tab of options on the app.” The only options on the app are share to followers or share to parties. Such a waste of my time!

Customer Support Lacks
I have been a user for the past 1.5 years and only use it for sharing to party’s. Unfortunately I have not been able to access my account with this bot. Tried several times to contact support going several days emails and chats unanswered. After a month I am still unable to access account and have now decided to move on and forget what they clearly can’t fix. I don’t recommend due to the lack of customer support.

Good when it works…
The app was working great for a few months and now it logs me out every other day and gives me the “login failed” message. It’ll go days without letting me log in and I can never get ahold of anyone to help. Cancelling my subscription. Don’t waste your time or money
Horrible app
I’ve tried this again for the second time and yet again I can’t log into my Posh acct. I was just in the app the day before now I can’t get in. My posh account works but for some reason doesn’t work when logging into this app. I’m over it.
Terrible
After a year and a half, I have finally had enough. The app CONSTANTLY force closes in the middle of sharing thus throwing everything out of whack. Constantly ignored by Sean (the creator) who never responds to any of my emails or DMs. Switched to a new phone today and now the app will not let me past the captcha to even open the app again! Done with this app and it’s creator who continues to ghost me.
