False Advertising
Could very easily legally be deemed false advertising.
App Store screenshots show MEGA as a cloud storage option within the app, as well as sync.com but in reality when you install the app, both MEGA & sync.com aren’t available as options to actually add.
And no where is it written or made clear otherwise, or with any specifics relating to those 2 services.
Even if it was a case of developer forgetting to remove them from the screenshots or not updating the screenshots, that’s still on them & they should therefore take responsibility for it & also still doesn’t change the fact that it’s still falsely advertised regardless of reasoning & can (and did) deceive (in this case, me).
Would rate it 0 stars if I could but even 0 stars would be being generous. Any developer that isn’t transparent, that either deceives people, doesn’t detail information or specific details regarding what’s included or to expect from the app or not, where assumptions can be made as photos show one thing but real usage of the app proves another thing instead, or any developer that falsely advertises something like that, whether intentional or not, is not trustworthy whatsoever especially when it comes to giving access to our cloud storage services.
I will not accept any excuses, nor replies unless it’s an apology or something they take full responsibility for. Don’t bother trying to justify anything or defend anything, not interested. Everything should be detailed & made clear from the very start in the app description, down to specific details.
Be more detailed & cross all your T’s & dot all your I’s next time.

I can see why you felt the need to write 4 paragraphs for the same thing - because that is not true. The screenshots are from the first version of the app when we supported only Google Drive. All the other drives are in a section labeled ‘Coming Soon’ - so we never claimed to support the other drives. Truth is one, and it’s simple to explain. However, you’re also right, we are lying - because now we support Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and pCloud. We need to update our screenshots to better reflect that. Take care!
