iPhone 8 - Unable to login

I have downloaded this app but not able to login as it keeps saying I must check my internet connection. I have tried at home and work nothing wrong with the wifi but same message.

Not working with XR

This application is not working with iPhone XR with the latest software updates. Please contact me to resolve the issue. I am not able to get passed the sign in screen.
