The app in the App Store is different one to what gets downloaded. It gives me a location but that’s all. All the other functions don’t work. Looking at the previous reviews I doubt if I get a response from the developer.

What a complete waste of time! These login details are utterly useless. Absolutely no support or assistance from this company. My advice? Don't even think about buying from them!

What a piece of rubbish. The time setting is incorrect and can’t find a way to change it.
Also tracking device seams to go for a drive around town all by itself and the car is stationary. This stresses you out as you think your car has been stolen. Then you run to the car park only to find it’s still there.

Rubbishes App, waste money and times
For the first time since I actived the tracking device, left it on the table at home for 3 hours without moving it even a cm but the Hisyorical Route informed that the device has multiple moves around the town to multiple sites up to 3km from one to another site.
The worst App has no support or manual section.
Most Chinese’s developers are robbing people’s money and times.

GPS tracker H209 offline
Only had 1 month all was fine then went offline, battery at 100 percent I changed SIM card but no difference it’s been offline 5 days only thing still working is real time tracker, no history or accepting commands can you please give me some direction to get this back working.

The GPS stopped working after 20 minutes. It’s always offline, Have re installed the app and followed the installation instructions again, to no avail. You cannot even get any support. The SIM card has always worked and is not the problem. I regret the purchase of the product.
