Notification not working

Notification sounds on phone for alarms do not work. There is no sound when one of the alarms is activated.. The alarms are showing in the app, but no notification sounds. Please fix this, so that I know when the alarm has been triggered.

No live notifications!!
It must have the live notification that if the vehicle has been turned on and off
Overspeed, disarm, etc.
All important live notification is not working even it is turned on in the app. Please fix this.i will change it to 5 stars if you can fix this.
