This companion application is for users of Cloudbooking services. Whether it is a room or desk, Cloudbooking – Mobile givers users greater on-the-go flexibility for managing all of their workspace needs. Cloudbooking – Mobile is stacked full of easy to use features including:
Find your colleagues and resources on an interactive floorplan, so you can book nearby desks and rooms
Search availability to book a desk or room in any site, countries or timezones
Check into rooms and desks on the mobile app via a QR code to confirm the booking
Automatic integration for rooms bookings between M365 or Google and Cloudbooking, via the mobile app, digital signage and Outlook or Gsuite calendars
Log on with both SSO and Non SSO
This app is free to download, but a valid Cloudbooking license and logon ID is required to use this application.
