Works amazing on my iPad and Dropbox
I’ve been using this app for awhile and it works perfectly with my drop box. I use it to strip audio from videos when I need to edit it and it works every time.
Great app
I liked the app. It converted my iPhone 8 .MOV video to mp4 flawlessly in a zip. Same for iPhone 8 audio. The app is user friendly.
Somehow iPhone 8 on-screen video recording with audio did not convert to mp4 well and can’t hear audio. Waiting for their support help.

Actually
I deleted the app and downloaded it again and now it’s being helpful. It’s just a little buggy so it might be stressful at times, when that happens it’s best to just deleted the app and download it again. (Weird I know but it helps)
New feature idea
Can we please get a feature were we can input links to convert like on the website
Did I PAY for this crap? Everything is just.. BAD
Aside from not actually converting files- you know, the whole point of this so called app- it’s wonderful. That’s called “sarcasm”. It is confusing, inefficient, and, like all the apps made by this band of incompetents: useless.

Can't Understand The Good Reviews
I really can't understand why this app has so many good reviews. It's buggy as heck, and if you try to pay for more conversion minutes it says that package doesn't exist.
So many problems...
* You have to stay IN the app while the conversion is happening or it will stop. So you can't go download another file while your file is converting. As slow as it is, this is PAINFUL.
* The conversion is so slow even on smaller files (2-5 minutes each) that it's excruciating if you have several things to download and convert.
* Output is occasionally corrupt.
* If a file fails to convert, such as timing out or you run out of minutes mid-conversion, the file is just dead in the app. If you open the old file, there's no option to try to convert again. Only way to start it again is to download it again.
* They say if you pay for minutes you get "priority", but every time I try to purchase a package it tells me the package isn't available, even after signing up for an account and verifying my email.
It's just constant problems. I just haven't found another converter that works easily on my iPad or I'd just use it.

Amazing app.
I found this app looking for a way to convert from AVI to MP4. When I downloaded it, oh my god it was amazing. The developers of this app saved so much trouble for so many people. This is an amazing app, thanks to the creators!

Feature Request
I love the app and I use it often. Whenever I create an ebook, like PDF to ePub, it would be nice to be able to insert a book cover into the ePub file.
Very frustrated
I have tried several times to convert a video for a class submission and it has not worked once. Ties up my phone for hours and then says error when it gets to about 80% uploaded.
Exactly what I needed
The is pretty much Adobe Media Encoder for iPhone. It also has the gift of telling you what file X can convert to. I love it and use it for all of my saved photos that I want as pdf's or vice versa.
Works great on iPad w/ Dropbox
To use with Dropbox on my iPad, I clicked through to the website. It showed me a list of all my files. I converted an ePub to PDF. At first I thought it failed because I couldn't find it on Dropbox. It's just that Step 2 on the site was to actually press the arrow to Download. Easy and fast once I figured that out. It's free and awesome.

All I need is .pdf to .png...and this remote control...
I love this app. It does exactly what I need, so for me - 5 stars. I'm working more from my iPad and looking for utilities to help make the move functional. I often need to convert .pdf files to a workable sketch template and prefer .png. CloudConvert does it perfectly. The free 10 conversion limit per day more than fits my needs. My files are generally less than 450kb to begin with and end up being less than 150kb on the output, so I don't notice a hit to my data. The image output is fine for using as a reference document.

Can't get it to work
I love the idea behind it. I have connected it to my dropbox and every time I try to do a conversion in drop box it tells me I need to install the Dropbox app. Of course I do have that app already. Feels like a bug. I can get it to work on my phone. But I'm leaving home and wanted to open up a session file from ProTools in Auria. Didn't want that on my cellular charge.

Love this app. The creators did an awesome job.
I love this app it's definitely my go to for any conversions I need to make without a doubt. The creators did a great job it's easy to use and simple too so anyone who's never used this type of app can get the hang of it quick love that you can purchase more conversion minutes at first I wasn't aware of the feature and was bummed out when I used all of mine. As soon as I get some funds I'll be adding more.

Best app for converting files
This is hands-down the best file conversion app. It includes every file type you can think of and more.
Problems
When adding a conversion with the plus icon (top right corner), asks me if I want to use dropbox, then says "please install dropbox". I already have dropbox installed and updates to the latest version.
