Device info only mode never works
It’s not a bad app but device info only never works with a local network config. It will never toggle back and forth between full mode off local network to device only on local network.
App support link takes you to the wrong page. There’s almost zero support and this device only issue has been ongoing for over a year with very few app updates.

Great VPN!
Love this app, but it would be even better with an indicator on the app icon indicating whether the VPN was on or off.
Can’t use
When the organisation is set to the masque protocol, it can't be connected. I hope the next version can fix it.
A Bug, not designed for my use
I use Cloudflare on all of my devices. This new Cloudflare One Agent is designed for use on iPad. I have used it on MacOS 26.4. The only bug that I have encountered in doing so, is that I like to see the client in the menu bar. This is probably not an actual BUG because I don’t know that the iPad had a menu bar. Other than that, I have not noticed any other “issues”.

Works well
App works well and does what it’s supposed to do. They fixed the battery drain issue so no problems there.
iOS 26 issues
I love the product and Cloudflare in all that it does, but I am now stuck in an endless loop connecting and reconnecting when previously there was never an issue with the set up. I would love to bump my rating back up to 5 stars!
Disappointing
User journey experience hampered by lack of prompts during the setup.
App wants to connect to a cloudflareaccess.com domain but nothing useful is displayed to explain to or guide the user, either prior to or when the page eventually 404s.
Cloudflare may insist this app works, but clearly lacks any meaningful instruction to get the user to that point.

Cloudflare is a awesome service and the app is no exception. It would be awesome if the developers included a dark mode icon other than that everything else is perfect.

When i touch the toggle VPN is on but if when i touch to turn off the VPN is don’t turn off and still an on , please fix it to use easily thank you
Using so much cellular data
Using an unreasonable amount of cellular data, thought it was other apps; but did a few bisection of other apps and turning off data; it’s this app’s aggressive download polling
