CloudLabs Amine Synthesis

In this practice it is possible to carry out the synthesis of 4-nitroaniline used as a reagent in the determination of the Kamlet-Taft parameters of solvents. To carry out the synthesis, sodium hydroxide in ethanol, p-dinitrobenzene and solid sulfur are available. The simulator recreates a chemistry laboratory with a reaction balloon, a condenser, refrigeration hoses, a Buchner funnel, filter paper, and a compressor, among other instruments and supplies necessary to carry out the synthesis.
