In this practice, you will have to apply Newton's second law to find the mass ratio between the moving body and the counterweight to which it is attached, in order to make the mobile move at a desired acceleration. To do this, the free-body diagrams and the sum of forces must be carried out, as well as finding the tension force of the cable, the magnitude of the friction force, the weight of the mobile and the weight of the counterweight.
