Not a good app. Doesn’t support kindle.
Can’t download from this to my Kindle. Very hard to see and use on my phone.

Love my online books but have a problem with the app turning multiple pages at once so I spend time trying to either hunt for where I was or remembering the last page number so I can scoot back to that page! Also, there are books I was interested in that have "Suggest" and I have no idea what that means nor why I can, borrow them.

Limited selection
I so enjoy using the Cloud Library, however, I often find the current titles of best selling lists are not available on this site. I have another library card from a city much smaller than Portland and they often have the titles I am searching for.
Great Concept; terrible execution
Good luck having this installed on multiple devices- you will have to uninstall the app, reboot your device, reinstall the app, sign in and then do the same thing all over again if you want to switch to another device. Devs, please fix. This has been going on for years now.

Keeps Crashing
The app used to work great but now each time I click a book to read it crashes and closes the app down
Cloud Reading
The app is easy to use and convenient. I can’t seem to access the settings so easily which is helpful when I want to quickly change the screen background from dark to light.

App is great, but even if you borrow a book and submit it without reading it, it marks the book as read.

Audio book downloads.
There is always an “internal server issue” when I try to borrow an audiobook.
Slow and terrible tech support
While I love the app for the access to library books, the app is very slow to load. It’s clunky. And worst of all, CloudLibrary the app developer offers zero technical support. The app has been down for nearly 3 days. My library said the issue is a known developer error that only cloud library can fix. Well … fix it!
