I had a consultation there and was prescribed a medicine which i could not find anywhere. So i tried reaching out to the doctor to know what other med i can take but it was just impossible. My call was going to the central team from there it was getting redirected to either pharmacy or the reception. None of them were helpful. I was just being told that they’ll call back and they were not return the calls. One of the worsts experiences that i have had. Its been 3 days since the med was prescribed but and god know when will i get to know alternative and start with the treatment process.
Pathetic service. Don’t recommend going to them. I dont think they care about this.

Very good hospital
After experiencing almost 15-16 hospitals and doctors, I can say, cloudnine is doing the best among all. Still there is a room of improvement in hospital association for cashless claims, reception staff functioning, attendant stool required in rooms, phones should installed on left of patient, waterproof uniform should be given to helpers. I am writing this with all my personal experience.

Need to modify
I recently downloaded this app to book an appointment at the hospital. The app interface is simple and easy to navigate. However, there is a major limitation while booking appointments.
Currently, there is no option to book an appointment for family members such as “My Mom” or other relatives. Since this is a women’s hospital app, many users will be booking appointments for their mothers or other family members. The app should include an option to add and manage relatives under one account.
Kindly consider adding a feature to book appointments for family members. This would greatly improve user convenience and overall experience.
Thank you.

Highly recommended for new borns
Suman got the job really well. Amazing service by cloudnine hospital. Highly recommended for someone who wants to experience professional services at home.
Never risk your babies
They will make only money out of you, no treatment , no guidence, nothing
One step ahead they will make sure your baby is always at risk to ensure they are getting enough business
And the gynacologist they give consulting like they are doing it for free purposes
Let me tell you my story
I was pregnant , I had spotting and I visited them on emergency , and post that I have frequent checkups on my third month NT scan that RADIOLOGIST PRIYADARSHINI SHE WOULD ALMOST ABORTED MY BABY BY FORCINGLY IMPULSING THE PROBE ON MY ABDOMEN STATING IT IS TOO DIFFUCULT FOR ME TO TAKE THIS SCAN BECAUSE YOU ARE OBESE
I PRAYED TO GOD NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO MY BABY DUE TO THIS DOCTOR, Later the report came they said my baby nasal bone is absent at 12 weeks and asked us to take NIPT, we took it with no second thought but it is not neccesary NT SCAN Period is 12-14 weeks, no doctor ever said us you can repeat the scan after two weeks, they asked me to take it because they want money , after that I left that hospital and delivered my baby in tamilnadu she was normal and healthy. Unlike they said instead of treatment they have given me 10 months trauma!!!! So reconsider yourself when you are considering this hospital for anything , they are nothing just REAL ESTATE CORPORATE HOSPITAL BROKERS!!!!

Concern regarding unjustified emergency charges
I want to share a concerning experience at Cloudnine Hospital, Varthur Road.
My baby was suffering from cold and cough, and during consultation, the doctor advised nebulization and asked me to purchase a nebulizer from the hospital pharmacy so it could be tested in the emergency department.
After purchasing the nebulizer, I took it to the emergency area as instructed. The staff used my own nebulizer for barely 2–3 minutes to demonstrate and test it. After this, I was asked to pay Rs 500 as “nebulizer charges.”
This was extremely disappointing. The hospital did not use their equipment, medication, or provide any treatment—only demonstrated the usage of a device that I had already purchased.
Charging Rs 500 for a 3-minute demonstration using the patient’s own device feels unjustified and unethical. This is not about the amount, but about the mindset of overcharging patients under the pretext of emergency services.
This appears to be an unfair trade practice and overcharging for services not rendered, especially when the device used belonged to the patient. I am considering escalating this to the Hospital Ethics Committee / Consumer Forum / Medical Council

Very disappointing experience at Cloudnine, Sector 51 Noida.
The staff literally forced patients to install the Cloudnine app and complete registration themselves, stating that they would not proceed otherwise. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for patients who may not be comfortable with technology.
Such behavior reflects a pathetic level of service and poor patient handling. Healthcare should be about care and support, not pressuring patients for app downloads.
Management really needs to address this issue urgently.

Why force update
If the app is not updated can’t do anything. Sometimes there is no wifi or good network but the app just won’t work because it has to be updated. Why can’t we use the older version and update when possible.
Poor service
No doubt Doctors are good. But when it comes to other services it is pathetic. I had booked a home test from Cloudnine Hospital a month back, but till today no one has connected with me. This is extremely irresponsible behaviour from a hospital that people trust for healthcare. They are quick to take money, but when it comes to service and response, there is absolutely no accountability. Very disappointing experience. I have faced this multiple times.

Please add feature to view Invoices, pharmacy bills etc
App has good feature to show scans, lab test reports and prescriptions. But it does not show the invoices of the amount paid anywhere.
Currently i have to download them separately from the link received through sms. Adding this feature will be a great enhancement

Feedback on Poor Customer Support Experience
I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience with your customer support team Unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing and frustrating.
Whenever I have reached out with a concern or query, the customer care team has been unable to provide clear answers or connect me to the hospital directly. Each time, I am simply told that a callback will be arranged, but even after waiting for over two days, no one follows up. When I call again, the cycle repeats — a new representative asks for the same details but offers no real solution or update.
This repeated and unresolved loop is extremely disheartening, especially when it involves something as sensitive and time-bound as healthcare. I expected better efficiency, clear communication, and support from a reputed brand like Cloudnine.

Useful App, needs to fix Reports section
Easy to navigate. Reports section only allows latest report visibility, regardless of any report you click.
We have a good service
I am very with the services. The staff was very kind and helpful we are thankful for the best treatment we are getting here
Worst worst don’t go at all
Avoid this place at all costs. For starters, there is no parking available for patients. If you schedule an in-person appointment, the follow-up is only valid for two days. They take advantage of customers by not offering online consultations for follow-ups, meaning you’re forced to return in person. It was by far the worst experience I’ve had. They seem more focused on taking advantage of people. I even asked for an emergency call, but they never got back to me. Absolutely terrible service

They can do anything to take unnecessary charges
My wife went for injection. First they took money for injection and ask nurse to give it.
Later nurse was telling give 50 rupees more for nursing charges. Then they ask us to install app in phone for registration. Later they asked us, sorry we forgot to tell about registration charges and they took 150 rupees for registration. That’s how they treat

You can remove the appointment booking from the app
Hospital doesn’t honor the appointment booked thru app. It will be on first come first serve . I have experienced this in my last 3 consecutive appointment . I made a booking , paid and still hospital didn’t honor the timing and staff is rude in saying that you need to wait even we have given a timing .
I would suggest to better disable this feature in app if it’s not of any use
