If you’re serious about trading, I would not recommend this app. Every trade I have taken the app has frozen on me and I couldn’t get back in until 5 to 10 mins later and sometimes that would be enough to just blow my whole account, like this is supposed to be a trading app that should be their number one concern are the freezes you can’t have that during trading it’s ridiculous, and sometimes it last longer an hour or more while you’re in a trade and it seems like it happens the most when it’s the most volatile times, if they could fix the freezes I would come back to the app.

This app CONSTANTLY is getting ragged on for the same reasons. Constant freezing in the middle of trading, stop losses being hit and the market was nowhere near them. No way this thing has been going on for this long and none of these issues have been resolved.

They have made zero changes to this garbage Trading app. You have to download,delete,download,delete about 3 times a day. Might go down as the worst trading platform ever

The absolute WORST trading app. It has so many glitches, signs me out & I can’t sign back in for like 30+ minutes. When it’s working it’s fine but it has a lot of bugs that need fixing!!!!

Just needs better developers overall. I don’t need to leave a review, you guys know what’s wrong with it, and by “you guy”I mean the dev team. Go look at your competitors stuff and find the difference

The app closed out my trade for no reason, about to take all my money out this account because no sir. It’s slow to show what’s going on after you click off the app, think I’m good this will save myself some headache in the future by deleting

The fact it takes roughly 2-5 minutes to log into. I’ve had to delete and redownload the app because it wouldn’t allow me back in. It don’t save my password and login. The app is just bad. I wouldn’t touch it again. Currently trying to pull the profit I have to go else where. If I can give this app a -3 star I would.

Total disaster trading app
I dnt recommend anyone to seriously trade from this brokerage app. It freezes at the most inconvenient times losing me money. It literally ends my trades before any stop loss is hit losing me money, the chart is too small can’t see details for any kind of analyzing. I’m soo frustrated with Hugo’s way I’m done.
