Do not download this app.
It has connected my camera door bell but then greyed it out saying I need to upgrade the app however no upgrade is available.
I am now unable to unpair it and no other options. My device is now useless and no customer service is available to fix it.

I would give -5 stars if possible. Been waiting for 4 months for assistance and unable to use my device until sorted
App rendered my security camera useless
Tried pairing my Laser security camera - says device not compatible but won’t let me delete it from the app. Can’t pair the camera to another app as it says camera is already bound to another service. Very frustrating
It works, room for improvement
The rechargeable battery goes pretty bad. Settings can be improved not sure how to change the time format instead of saying 1300 to 1 pm. It works though and less than branded names. The chime is pretty good along with video clarity.
Smart Camera
Really rubbish since app switched from TCP.
Cannot change any settings or view any recorded play back. System just whirls and says try again. Camera is useless only use is the chime.

Notifications
The notification comes through but there is no photo in the preview and customer support is very bad no response for weeks now
Fairly ordinary
I use the app with a pair of video doorbells. The motion detection feature has three sensitivity options; low medium and high. But if you select high that setting won’t be retained for long, the app unilaterally resets to the low setting.
It also takes a long time to establish a connection between the phone and the camera but that may be an issue with the camera rather than the app. I don’t know.

App crashes instantly after install! Can not open!
Horrible app
This application is horrible. It took the place for my doorbell and now no long pushes notification even with all the setting turned on. Fix the application please.
Terrible app
This app took the place of my smart doorbell app and it doesn’t alert you when someone is loitering in front of the doorbell camera or even rings the doorbell...terrible replacement app. Makes the doorbell useless
