Not dependable
Since being required to work from home I’ve been using the app. It does not like wifi calling. Completely garbled tin can voices. Listening to a voicemail is same garbled tin can. Have to listen to the email version. I have to turn off wifi and call over cellular, which is not good in my area. It does not like Bluetooth. Sometimes connects sometimes not. Changes during call. I will dial a call and it stays on dial screen, not the call option screen. Just now a call dropped and the whole app crashed. Showing no calls. Had to reboot app.

This is hands down the best app I have ever used. Now I can be connected to our phone system just like I’m sitting at my desk. The support staff is a pleasure to deal with as well.
