About

Cloutly for iPhone is for businesses that already use Cloutly. Sign in with your Cloutly account to answer reviews and customer messages away from your desk. In the inbox you can: - see new reviews and messages across your locations, and filter by location, source, rating or date - reply to a review on the site it was posted on - reply to a customer by SMS, email or the channel they wrote on - draft a reply with AI, then edit it before you send - ask a customer for a review or a video - see when Front Desk hands a conversation to a person, and take it over - assign a conversation to a team member, or mark it as handled From Get reviews you can send a customer a review request in a few taps, at the counter or after a job. Home shows what needs you next, your recent reviews and the latest activity. Insights shows your review numbers over time, how your locations compare, and how you stack up against the competitors you track. It's available on plans that include Insights on the web dashboard. Turn on notifications to hear about new reviews, customer messages and Front Desk handoffs. A notification shows what happened and the business name. It never shows the review or the message. You can lock the app with Face ID or your passcode, and switch between the Cloutly accounts you have access to. You need an existing Cloutly account to use the app. Your business administrator adds you in the Cloutly web dashboard.
