The old clover app was perfect.
The new app is worthless. First of all it logs me out, second of all, i have to do all kinds of things to get into it third it doesn’t work on smaller screens. we carry iPhone SE‘s, and none of the UI works at all.
I get that there’s a few more features, but they’re not worth the hassle of the new app in the new UI.

Better than other mobile card readers
It is good that this system offers a variety of ways to take cards, including offline. Last year they worked pretty well. This year we’re having one issue after another, but Clover Go has provided more than one backstop so we can keep business going.

Good service!
Good service so far since we have been with them for 2 years. Customer service is efficient with courteous staff when we have had to call.

Continuously takes fees from our business account. Doesn’t give break down on what fees are for. % are way higher than was told.

Please fix your app
iPhone user here. App keeps crashing. Every time I try to log in, it makes me go over my privacy notice and takes me back to entering my pin. And then back to privacy. Then I have to delete the app and reinstall it again. It works for couple days and then the issue comes up again. It’s frustrating when I’m with the customer and I can’t take a payment. If this issue continues I will have to switch to a different Credit card merchant.

Better Than Dashboard App, But Slow
Mostly good, but takes 30-60 sec to load an inventory of a few thousand items. Inventory items added then take several minutes to show up. Large inventories should be chunked by the API to speed up the UI and there needs to be a way to manually refresh the cached inventory after adding items.
Awful iPad app compared to Square
This app is the absolute worst, it boggles my mind that the rating is so high. Expanding menus for category items? Seriously?! Barcode scanning is a no go.. I feel like they made this app so bad that people will just buy the Clover system.. the difference is like night and day, again, how is this app so bad?

This app is a joke
I have clover station. I wanted to add a mobile payment option to help me to take curbside orders. Unfortunately, After I but the CloverGo device, I found that this app dose not allow me to use modifiers for any item. And even if open an open-order to process any payment, it automatically deducts all modifiers from the bill. Totally useless app. I called clover tech support and they told me it is what it is and they’re not going to add that feature on this app.

Has many bugs!!!!
It always has some bug. Very poor maintenance not even talking about tech support ( the latest issue they have just give you a message about a problem that they are having and there is nothing they can do ) and that message is revolving without any type of human contact point!!!!
New update not compatible with my phone; unable to take credit card payments
New update for clover go mobile is not compatible with my iOS. I deleted and re-downloaded, which worked. Now today it won't allow me to take card payments as it shuffles me in a circle of update on the App Store error messages. I can't update to the newest iOS and the app says it can download the most current version compatible with my iOS. I had to send a customer home because she didn't have any other payment and she will have to send payment in the mail. Very frustrating.

With covid and all this new changes to businesses, i wished you guys had more payment options, i used square before you guys but just recently found out they have a link option where you send the client the link and they can pay with you having contact with them, I have been using it a lot and it is such a big help! Can you guys do something like that? Please 😭😭😭

Forved location info
The app is good although forcing location services during covid isnt the best idea. Many people are not working at site so their home is not necessarily the location of the transaction of service rendered
Password Reset Doesn’t Work
Updated the app and it requires me to log in again. I forgot my old password, so I tried resetting it. I receive a confirmation saying it has been changed, but I get invalid password when trying to use it. Tried this several times to no avail. On another device where the log in is saved it still logs in under the old password.

Outdated, not user friendly
Not even sure where to begin with the problems I have with this app. Running reports is nearly impossible because the selections are so clunky. Missing so many features like comparisons from previous year. They need to take a lesson from QB.
Entire fail; does not work
I keep getting a server-side error when I try to login, making it impossible to use the app. The technical support is a bot that is useless. Our business will have to terminate our relationship with Bank of America because the new Clover Go app doesn’t work and we are unable to use it at the farmers market where we make nearly all our sales.
