Clovia is my go-to destination for my innerwear and sleepwear needs. I am a long-time shopper from Clovia and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the lingerie as well as the fit. Not only is their collection really beautiful with so many prints and designs, but also the quality of the garments is indeed excellent. And the prices are attractive and reasonable with good offers. I also like their packaging. I would absolutely recommend Clovia.

You will wait for eternity and more but will still not get the products

I have been a Clovia user for more than a decade purely because of their quality. However they have recently reached a new level of low. Their quality has dwindled over time and their logistics issue will make sure that you will NEVER EVER RECEIVE your order!! Don’t make the mistake of writing to their cm care or so-called grievance redressal as they cannot read. You will receive multiple annoying calls but no resolution and no product. Your money will be with them as well and you’ll be made to run behind them begging to return YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. So save urself the energy and DO NOT BUY FROM Clovia.

Worst customer support

Its been more than 15days I have initiated a return request but it was not picked up yet. Contacted support via chat for which the agents keep on saying “We have updated the ticket on priority, sooner your order will be picked up”. Till date have contacted your team multiple times but none reached out for pickup. I used to like this brand quality but now I am quite disappointed by the service they provide. I am tired of chatting/calling you people, never using nor suggesting this brand for anybody else.

Refund issues

have been worried for the last 12 days about my pickup but you people do not care nor are you able to take any action till now. Now I don't care if you take your product back or not, but I want my refund. This is a very useless company, I made a big mistake when I purchased a product from Colovia. Absolutely a bad product! For the last 12 days, I have been sending daily mails and calling you people, but you people are so shameless that you people do not care. A good business has been made of robbing people. If I had gone to your site and read the reviews first, I would never have ordered a product like this. But you people will not feel any shame. Close this site of yours, you people are nonsense. Give me my refund as soon as possible.

Inconsistently Great Products

Clovia is a hit or a miss. If a great product is delivered to you, it’s amazing! The cost, the quality is superb! But you can’t expect the exact product to be delivered if you reorder. It’s strange, but true. The exchange or return is a highly tedious and not a recommended option. The whatsapp support team appears untrained on most occasions. Only initiate a chat if you have the time and patience to deal with slow and incompetent service. The call support isn’t very helpful either. Promptness isn’t their forte and they have made that very clear on several occasions. I hope the team considers this as a feedback.
