About
Clozapine ANC Tracker is a private, on-device companion for people taking clozapine — and the caregivers who support them.
Clozapine works, but it asks a lot: regular ANC blood draws, watchfulness for infection, constipation that is easy to dismiss, and attention to heart symptoms during the first weeks. This app keeps all of it organized in one calm place, so appointments start from clear records instead of memory.
WHAT IT DOES
• ANC timeline — log each result and see your trend against an educational reference band, with your baseline alongside
• Lab schedule — see when your next blood draw is due, based on the interval your care team set
• BEN support — when benign ethnic neutropenia is documented by your clinician, reference labels adjust to published BEN thresholds
• Weekly check-ins — quick constipation and myocarditis symptom screens that flag anything worth discussing
• Medication & smoking timeline — dose changes and smoking-status changes (which can shift clozapine levels), all in one view
• Patient education — plain-language notes on fever, infection signs, constipation, myocarditis, and smoking
• Clinician export — one tap builds a plain-text summary you can message, email, or print for your visit
WHAT IT NEVER DOES
This app never tells you to start, continue, hold, or stop clozapine, and it contains no dosing advice. It organizes what you record and marks items as "for clinical review." Every decision belongs to you and your clinical team.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account and no sign-up
• Your entries stay on your phone — no cloud, no analytics, no ads
• Information leaves the app only when you tap share
BUILT FOR THE POST-REMS ERA
The FDA ended the US Clozapine REMS program in June 2025, and ANC monitoring is now individualized by prescribers. Organized personal records matter more than ever — this app helps you keep them.
Clozapine ANC Tracker is an organizational and educational tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you feel unwell, contact your care team or emergency services.
