Tried several times
Download the app, created an account. The app doesn’t recognize my phone number, but it will send me a text to reset my password. I changed my password, still doesn’t recognize my phone number.

Link or App doesn’t recognize my mobile number to log in that I’ve used for a year for my account. Endless loop of trying to create a new account. Maybe that’s the point, to not allow us to collect points on our membership, idk. But why send a link to my phone number reminding me to log in to app to collect points for my subscription, then saying it doesn’t recognize that same number! It’s so stupid, it’s funny .

Can’t log on my account my email comes back as wrong , so does my phone number. But when it comes to collecting at the end of the month. That’s not wrong. The numbers are right for that.

Unable to create account
I have tried countless times to create an account after I paid for a membership. It tells me to wait for a text to which I never receive. I am stuck and not able to login without an account.
The app sucks
The app sucks, but the car wash has been good. I want to see a comparison of what’s included in each different type of wash. This app only shows the prices. Please include what is included in the different washes such as wax and wheel wash, etc.

Unable to create account
Spectacular piece of junk. I was handed a card at the Carwash today and told how much easier the app would make managing my membership. After downloading the app, I have attempted to create an account multiple times. It is unable to recognize my phone number (the one my membership is under) or I get "username or password" errors. Someone familiar with 2020s technology should recreate this app

Sucky app
Wash is great, app meh
I get it, you want us to tip you for guiding our cars in and using a pressure washer. I wish there was a way to turn off these notifications. It's quite annoying.
Bad app
Buying individual washes is supposed to provide a QR code according to employees at two different locations, this is not the case. This results in me buying two individual washes hoping for some way to redeem them but no dice. A bad app.
Useless app
Sends text to link account but the app doesn’t recognize the phone number so you can’t log in. Useless.

I got a link texted to me yesterday. I tried to set up an account this morning. It still says it doesn’t recognize my phone number on my membership.
So frustrating
Trying to set up an account on this app is so frustrating, it says that your number isn’t recognized so you wait forever for a text with a link and then click on the link and it still says that your number isn’t recognized. I’ve used the same number for years with CCW, this shouldn’t be so hard.
Barely Functional App
Creating an account took about 4 hours. Some or all of the app functions appear to only work sporadically. It took multiple attempts just to add my name to profile. Hopefully I won’t need to use this often.
