I don’t understand the purpose of this app besides booking hotels. I want hands on access to my account similar to USAA, Bank of America and Navy Fed.
Worst App of All Time
This might be one of the worst apps ever created. For contacts there have been millions of apps made, and like I stated this one might be the worst of all time. It’s extremely slow. Nothing ever loads properly. I’ve always been getting a bunch of error messages. If I could rate this app zero stars I would.

Way to Contact Other than Phone
Please develop a way to contact besides phone or text messaging. Also allow customers to actually see the issues at hand for the services provide.
