Parking cant be pay
After entering plate number the page foward to blank page. Cant pay anything. Sometimes it deducted my money from tng and still i cant pass the barier. Ioi really a thief! Steal my money and i still have to pay again using tng card!!

Love using this apps since I regularly visit IOI City Mall for my gym sessions & makan-makan. I can collect points & redeem for parking payment.

Fail to add car plate number
It keep on showing the error message as can’t find the car plate number, must enter a correct number. The app should be convenient for user not make trouble to them.

All the points are gone now that we can’t log in? It’s so annoying because when we try to sign up they will tell that the number/email is registered but when we try to use the same number/email it’s invalid. FIX IT ALREADY???

New updates broke the app. Was working fine before. Why change something that wasn’t broken in the first place lol
Cannot log in after updating to version 2
Been an user for this app for years but suddenly unable to log in with existing username and password after updating to version 2. When I tried to register, it will show the email or mobile is already registered. Then when I keyed in my email or mobile number to reset password, it will pop out saying there is no such registered email or password. Hello??? What is happening???

Already try reset password but also not working. Appear wrong password (even during reset password)
Cannot sign in
Have had the app for over a year. Cannot log in with new version. Tried to sign up but account is already registered. App requested for account number when logging in but there is no such field other than email and/or mobile number.
