Classes

I’m just beginning Club Lagree, but I have been taking Pilates for 15 years.
I’m having problems hearing the clues because the music is so loud.
Don’t know if it’s because I’m new, but I had the look around and see what everyone else was doing in order to do a series. It’s very annoying.

Best burn and sculpt ever

Can we all “lagree” on the fact that this is the best, most comprehensive workout!? Former marathoner, triathlete, Pilates buff and cardio junkie, I can confirm that nothing has made more of a difference in how strong I feel and how my body looks than Lagree. Jona has helped me so much with form and mentally pushing through. I LOVE LAGREE!
