Not recommended
Very unacceptable service from unable to enter the application to redeem voucher then we need to wait for 4 hours for hotel check-in.
App problem
When open app, it closed down itself. Cannot log in or do anything. Already update to latest version.

Big Marriott Scam!!
The app doesn’t allow people of other countries to book or use points for hotels in South East Asian countries. What is the point of membership and Marriott credit cards if you can’t book hotels from other locations.
Unable to Retrieve the Voucher Transferred
The technical team is not responsive and providing limited support on this issue.
Lousy customer service
None of the numbers displayed in the apps are answered when called. Will definitely not renew.
Inconvenient
Why do we have the app when we can’t reserve a booking within the app. Just give us an email or pamphlet of our membership benefits and call it a day.
Voucher can’t transfer
Voucher cant be transfer to my supplement account.
Useless App And A Program That Is Worth Less Than You Think
The App is pointless beyond a catalogue of vouchers and benefits. Using the vouchers are also not seamless. You will end up using WhatsApp with an agent, to make bookings and use vouchers. This is far from the premium service they claim it is. This program is a skid mark on the Bonvoy brand and though the membership fee of RM750 seems cheap compared to potential benefits, it is a waste of money, as the clunkiness of the service and the app will turn you off from using the vouchers. Will not renew.

Not responding
app just suddenly does not respond & anti virus is warning of expired certificate
Not worth it
You understand if there are limited slots but you almost cant use all the vouchers within validity. You end up spending more. Service or response is delayed and you cant call reservations at all.
Bad app functionality
App functions just acts as a display center, to show the e-vouchers you have linked to your account. When you plan to redeem the voucher, the app does not have any booking or check out functionality, but redirects you to call their customer service for hotel bookings. All 3 customer service numbers are unresponsive or engaged. I’m surprised at the lack of service provided and attention paid to a supposedly premium service.

WORST APPS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! SCAM MEMBERSHIP
They will only assist you when they want to renew the membership. TELLING LIES AND SPREADING NON INFORMATIVE, APS DOESN’T help you to book a room, nonsense!!!!!!

Doesn’t quite work
Easy to install but when logged in it doesn’t show everything. It shows the picture and nothing else follows. Seems it stopped there. No use for the app and membership i guess.

Terrible App
Since no longer paper vouchers this is so difficult to use. After many years a member I will not be renewing my membership. The app is pathetic !
Disappointing
I am always wary about paying in advance. This app has proven my concerns to be correct again. There is no scroll function. Some buttons can’t be seen. Not user friendly at all. But Marriott got my money already!
