I bought the correct model number but non of the functions work no use

Lucy is not working when I press any commands
When I press any command Lucy just doesn’t do anything! But she still barks but when I even press a command she doesn’t even do anything at all but the app has sound but Lucy is not working at all! What did we buy this Lucy for. Just a waste of money?!

A total waste of time and effort. It doesn’t seem to communicate to Lucy unlike it said on the app which was that it will work fine. The turning up the volume doesn’t make any difference either. TRY TO AVOID!!

After a good 2-3 days, the app suddenly went silent.. no sound and wouldn't connect to lucy.. What do we do with the toy now?! This has become a source of aggravation and sad ess for my child..

Works brilliantly, we love it!!
I’m not sure why or how people struggled with this app as I’m not very good with technology but still managed to connect the app to my little girls dog and it works brilliantly. It’s just so cute and clever that both my 3 1/2 year old and I just love it! It’s like having a pet in the house without having to pick up all the poop!!

What is this supposed to do?
Tapping commands makes a sparkly noise and that’s it. Is there supposed to be something that tells the toy what to do?

My 3 year old loves making Lucy doggy bark, walk and dance but her favourite thing is the option to make her eat.
We’ve never been able to get the dog working using the voice commands but it has worked using the app.
