I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. A dating app for wellness-focused people? Would it be another generic app with a different coat of paint? Nope. Club pillar is real
This app isn’t just about awkward DMs and waiting for matches to reply. Club Pillar throws actual events where you can meet people in real life. And not just any events—these are fun, alcohol-free socials where you can actually remember what people say (what a concept, right?). I went to a mocktail night last week, and not only did I meet some cool people, but I also discovered my new favorite drink…cucumber basil fizz 💕
As for the app itself, I love that it’s all about quality over quantity. The approval process weeds out the trolls and keeps the community focused on wellness and genuine connection. Sure, you have to subscribe to see matches, but honestly, it’s worth it to avoid the chaos of other apps.

Never knew sober dating like this until Club Pillar
After trying a ton of other apps, this one just works since I know I’m going on quality dates with real people intentionally dating. The girls all seem genuine. I’m newly sober so taking my time but thankful for just having a community like this

Where is the benefit?
A majority of the time, the app doesn’t open or load. I’ve tried deleting the app entirely and reinstalling - that makes it fully open *once* before the spinning circle takes over.
When/if it opens, you see the same people over and over - though their names and sobriety status seem to change, which is highly suspect.
The last message I sent a “match,” which was over a month ago, was “does anyone actually use this app?” Still waiting on a response to that…which I think is an answer in and of itself.
All of this and they are trying to charge more than the outrageous fees of Hinge.
The designers and owners need to tear it down to the studs and start over.

Very glitchy
The app is very glitchy and doesn’t load and open half the time. One or two likes in one month and no matches while on other apps I have many. I like the concept though.

Poorly Executed. Not Worth it
Club Pillar seems like a great idea that is just not well executed. First you must apply to be on the app and then once approved you can fill out your profile but the catch is… you cannot view the app or use it until you pay either a monthly or a yearly subscription! They also have a diamond option which seems very expensive. I didn’t want to pay so I deleted the app and soon after received a text message offering me a free month. I signed up for the free month and it has been 24 hours and I have received no matches. I did get one this evening and when I tried to click on it to view it I received an error message about their payments not being available right now… I don’t think this app is ready to be public yet. I think it’s a bit unfair that they make you pay before even viewing. And the fact that the app is very buggy doesn’t help either. Such a disappointment because it’s a great idea.

These guys will not stop messaging even though i have texted stop multiple times. Its just harassment at this point.

FINALLY! A dating app where I can breathe and find like minded people without having the awkward conversation of “so why don’t you drink”? The members have been so quality and I don’t feel lost in a sea of people like I do on other apps. The events that the membership include are absolutely insane…. Huge fan of this app
